Makaha Chip

The "Makaha Chip" is quite a multi-tool as it finds great purpose under various circumstances. I originally designed this board to excel in faster reef breaks and to zip through the quick little inside bowl sections as we have here at Makaha during certain seasons. Turns out it did all that just fine, then as we shared this board in the lineup at different breaks we discovered it works really well under the feet of gals, groms, and those transitioning from high-performance longboarding. The subtle blended concave, highly foiled, and bladey rails along with lighter than traditional weight glassing makes it highly responsive and easy to power through turns and of course the obvious, being easier to carry.
