Long Board
Truth Serum
For quite some time I've envisioned surfing a smooth & stable nose rider that would also be a face carving-friendly board without having to step way back over the fin to prevent the nose from catching especially on the rebound off the whitewash. Though it may be asking for a lot, it's actually possible. Naturally, major tweaks had to be implemented to previous designs. All this goodness was successfully accomplished and I couldn't be more pumped. I started with more curves, both to the outline and to the bottom rocker. I then reduced some of the swing weight up top while adding flexibility to the nose by shaping in a step deck inspired by the classic Yater Spoon. And of course, there are a couple more special ingredients that are not listed but I now consider this model the Cadillac of my single-fin realm. If you happen to find yourself standing at the front door of curiosity with an open mind and wanting to possibly transcend from your monotonous logging experience, here's your key.
